Dear Brethren,
As I now rap my gavel for the last time this year, I feel honored to have been in the East for the third time as Master of this Lodge. I wish to thank ALL for their support and participation in everything we did throughout the year. I thank you for "being there" in all that we did at the meetings, the breakfasts, the One Day Classes, the D.L.I.'s, the Craftsmen's Club meetings and happenings at the Masonic Club. We have a wonderful Lodge full of friendship and camaraderie and I hope it continues on forever.
To my secretary, W.B. Fischer, I thank you for being the "perfectionist" (for lack of a printable term) that you are. You keep a Lodge, as well as the Master, running like clockwork! To my Treasurer, R.W. Salvesen, I thank you for the monthly reports to the penny (charts and pie graphs included). To my Officers who do so much on their own time and behind the scenes, and those who "took a chair" when needed, I thank you. To our friends from other Lodges who visited and assisted, I thank you too. And a very special thanks to the wives, who are always at our side (and in the kitchen)! With them by our side it makes life a lot easier.
I sincerely hope, Bro. Lind, if elected, gets the same support that I received throughout the years. I feel honored to have brought him into this Fraternity and watched him progress so rapidly through the chairs. It was fun to watch him say the wrong word in ritual, just to find out it was "I" who gave him that word! It seems he forgets nothing! Bro. Lind, I wish you the BEST.
Fraternally Yours,
Edward T. Gasior
Worshipful Master
