Greetings my Brothers.

This is certainly an honor for me to be able to address you. As all other Masters who have gone before me, I too want to make my "mark" in our Lodge. I have had many exciting ideas to execute but need you to help me. I can make all these big plans but if you don't have the membership behind you, they mean nothing. TEAMWORK is one of the KEYWORDS of success. It is going to be my MOTTO. When you extend the hand of friendship to a brother, it leaves you with a feeling that is beyond words!! Tell me, have you had this experience? If not, the question is "why not?" We have proven that this nation can stand by one another in time of need. I'm sure we as one small Lodge can do the same. Sit in your easy chair tonight and ask yourself, "why did I become a mason?" I invite you to send me your answers. The pride that I have belonging to one of the World's largest fraternal organizations is overwhelming for me. Remember this is your LODGE. If you wish to see a change, or want something of special interest to the brothers, please tell me. I will give my heart and soul to work with you all.

Officers and committee members are urgently needed. If you care to occupy a chair or serve on a committee, please let me know. to my sorrow, a few of our bothers that have supported our Lodge over the years would like a rest. I have watched these men over the years, give their time and love to this Lodge. And not once were they expecting a "thank you." They did it for Masonry! How I envy them! Well, I for one, say "thank you."

I hope you will share in my excitement. May this be the year that you decide to return to your Lodge. You will be welcomed with open arms. We will ask no questions! WE NEED YOU. Please make the effort to join our team. Make that one step forward, we will show you the way. If this message touches one heart, rekindles one flame, brings back one brother, then I have succeeded.
