Master's Message
October 2000

This month's message comes from Senior Warden Edward Gasior

Where did the time go? In just a few months I will be installed as Worshipful Master of our Lodge! Congratulations to W.B. Lacki and his staff of officers. A job well done.

Let me count the ways we can do it again. I appeal to all of you for your attendance. Officers are needed, committee members are needed, and your personal attendance is what is needed most.

Grand Lodge is making an appeal for a Renewal program, and we will support this. But I appeal to those who faithfully served this Lodge in year past and now have disappeared. Did we offend you? Is Monday a bad night? Have you lost interest? Why? Many unanswered questions my Brothers.

I am extending my hand as far as my cable tow allows. I need you to reach for it and grab on. Our meetings are kept to a minimum and a fine collation always follows. Don't know how to return? Just walk in and I'll take it from there. You will be surprised at the warm reception you will receive from the brothers of your Lodge.

I'm not going to tell you what we have planned for the upcoming year right now. This will come later. I ask for suggestions you might have. Send them to me. What or how can I be instrumental in getting you to return to the Lodge/ Turn off the T.V. and join us. You will find more fellowship here than on the T.V.

I can assure you of my dedication and commetment. I have travelled a long way in a short time. I'm an average guy with a hard and busy job. Occasionally I may have to miss a meeting, but I will do all in my power not to. So, are you dedicated? Are you committed? Masonry was one of the highlights in my life and I wish it could be yours. Please don't let me down and come back, we really do need you. Thank you may brothers. I will await your coming.

Fraternally,

Edward Gasior
Senior Warden
